Founder Amy Mathias works with a simple design philosophy: to create beautiful experiences. She is guided by principles of sophisticated yet livable design and works with custom, old, new, and found pieces.
After a decade of working at André Balazs Properties & Standard International serving as both the Director of Design for the Standard High Line and later the Director of FF&E for all properties, Amy applies the tenets of her hospitality background to set the mood of her interiors. A fan of entertaining herself, Amy always makes sure there is good lighting and a place to put a cocktail.
Amy studied interior design at Parsons The New School of Design and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
